These terms apply to your use of the HYPPE pre-launch website. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Pre-launch information
This site presents the HYPPE brand and product concepts before commercial release. Images are campaign and concept imagery. Products, colours, fit, fabrics, specifications, availability, pricing, launch timing, shipping destinations and performance characteristics may change before release.
Product and sustainability claims
Any reference to UPF ratings, fibre brands, fabric performance or sustainability describes the intended product direction and must not be treated as a final specification until confirmed for the released product. Final claims will depend on supplier documentation and, where applicable, independent testing. LYCRA® is a trademark of The LYCRA Company; use of the name does not imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the HYPPE name, branding, copy, garment concepts, layout and site content are owned by or licensed to HYPPE. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use but must not reproduce, publish, modify or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Website availability and links
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is complete or current. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their content and privacy practices are outside our control.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this pre-launch website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland may hear disputes relating to these terms.
